At this point we all know the rule of thumb about a business having a presence in social media, A brand needs to show personality. I absolutely agree with that, but I’ve been thinking: Where do you draw a line between giving a business a personality and just being too silly*?
Are You a Believer? The beginning of July marks the 65th anniversary of the“incident” at Roswell.To this day, when it comes to the Roswell incident, the world can be divided into ‘believers”, “non believers” and “undecided”. I’d like to say that I’m a believer. Although I watch enough science fiction to qualify as someone who should be a believer, I’m actually more in the “undecided” camp.

To Stay Productive While Twitter is Down… An attempt at a humor post *fingers crossed* There have been a few times since I have been working in social media that there has been a major outage in a social site. For me personally, Facebook outages are not a big issue – I carry on with my normal day and I “Keep Calm and Tweet On” if you will.
